5. Scheduling and Delivery Limitations

SincereNotes provides tools that allow users to schedule reminders and message prompts.

However, message delivery or notification timing may depend on factors outside our control, including:

• Device settings and permissions

• Notification permissions granted by the user

• Internet or network availability

• Operating system or platform restrictions

Because of these factors, SincereNotes cannot guarantee exact delivery timing or successful delivery of messages or reminders.

All billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the terms of the respective platform provider.
